Summary: Dispatchers can now delete job corrections that aren't correct via the NowGo dashboard.

When dashboard users and drivers correct an address for a consignment or stop, NowGo remembers the correction. When NowGo sees a stop or consignment with the same address, NowGo will use the same corrected address from the previous correction. Corrections are applied as stops are created, so NowGo users should never have to fix the same address twice.

Sometimes addresses are updated with incorrect information. This is usually obvious, because the address on a label won’t match the address in the system. In the past you would have had to reach out to the NowGo support team to clear these mishaps, but now this can be done at your convenience.

Address Management

Using the Manually corrected addresses page in settings, you can search for addresses that have been corrected.

You can access the Address Management page here: https://dashboard.nowgo.io/settings/address-management.

You can also manually navigate to the page by clicking on your email in the top right of the dashboard, then clicking Settings to access your settings page.

Click Address management in the left hand column, then click Manually corrected addresses.

Search by the incorrect, corrected address (rather than the original address). NowGo can find matching addresses even with typos.

When you select an address, you can see the corrected address that the NowGo user selected (Formatted address), as well as the original address data sent to NowGo.

To clear the correction, select clear manual correction. The next time the address is encountered in NowGo, the user that encounters the address either in the dashboard or the app will be prompted to correct it again.
