Uploading CSVs with shifts is one of the common ways to create shifts into NowGo. There are some fields that will be processed immediately if you upload them based on what is included in this guide.
Below are the available fields for CSV uploads.

NowGo will create a shift if you upload a CSV file using the “Upload Shifts” feature. If you upload a worksheet with 10 rows of nonsense data it will create 10 shifts in a plan, for the day that you have selected.
In this case the following fields are allocated set values if not specified:
Shift ID: automatically generated
Driver Email: blank
Time Window: 08:00 - 17:00
Date: set to the next day
Name: blank
Allow Add Jobs set to False
Allow Auto Sequence set to False
Allow Edit Stops set to False
Start and End Address: Blank
All of the above field names are Case sensitive. If your field name is not in the correct case, default shift values will be generated. Fields that aren’t recognized are not stored as “custom data” on the shift.
If you upload a blank CSV file, a new plan will open for the day you have selected.
For longitude, latitude and address, you must set all three of these fields to process this data correctly.
