Dispatchers may remove a shift from the dashboard. What this does is hide the shift from view but this isn't recommended if there are workflow completions on the shift.
Removing a shift
Click on a shift
Click the edit button
Click Remove Shift
Un-assigning stops in bulk
If you would like to un-assign all of the upcoming stops assigned to a shift without deleting the shift, you can select one of the jobs on the shift:
Click Select all
Click Assign
Select from the options highlighted in yellow, then click Unassign (or Reassign if appropriate)
