1. Navigate to the driver's section of the Resourcing Tab
2. Click on the blue Add new Driver button at the top right of the screen
3. A pop up will display in the middle of the screen - Fill out the required details including:
Name: the name of the Driver (Required)
Email address: the username the Driver will use to log-in (Required)
Password: the password the Driver will use to log-in (Required)
Color: used to identify drivers on the map (Required)
Other: all other fields are optional but they include
External Reference: Used for API requests (if you're a developer please refer to the API handbook)
Phone: phone number of the driver
Home Address: home address of the driver
Allow Driver to Create Shifts: if this is toggled on (green slider), a driver will be able to create his own shifts from within the NowGo App. By default, this is toggled off.
Default Shift Template: select from a list of pre-configured shift templates
Run Reference: Used for API requests (if you're a developer please refer to the API handbook)
4. Click on Add Driver located at the bottom right of the pop-up
5. The Driver is now added to the list of drivers located in the resources tab
